  • Helps inflammation
  • Softens skin

What you’ll need:

  • Bentonite Clay
  • Whisk (to help mix clay into bath)

  • Epsom Salts
  • Essential Oil

Putting it together:

  • Add anywhere from ¼ cup to 5 cups of bentonite clay

Always adjust the amount of clay to what feels best for you

It may be easier to add the clay into bath while you have the water running. To help clear out the clumps use a whisk or spoon to help with the process. If easier, you can add clay to water separately and mix, then pour it into bathtub.

Stay in the tub between 10-40 minutes

Another option:

You can mix clay with water into a paste and then apply it all over your body while you’re standing in the tub. Wait for it to absorb into the skin for 5 minutes and then soak for up to 20 minutes.

Usage: Once or twice a week

Some people have reportedly felt tired or nauseous from the clay bath from the detoxifying effects. Feel out what feels best for you and your body. Make sure you are comfortable.

Always, always hydrate yourself after the bath, have a bottle of water handy!
