Recipe Share: Easy Vegan Brownies

We dropped this one minute tutorial on making the most simple and delicious vegan brownies. They have no sugar in them and they are bake free! You just have to store them in the fridge for at least 30 minutes (compared to having to wait for your brownies to bake in the oven for more that 40 minutes sometimes!) In our busy busy lives its always amazing to find an easy, fast and HEALTHY recipe for something we can snack on. We will be bringing you more of these easy and delicious treats!

Vegan Brownies Recipe:

  • 2 cups dates (soak them for a couple of minutes before blending)
  • 1 cup raw walnuts
  • 1 cup coco powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Mix together, place in the pan and leave in the fridge for 40 minutes and there you go! You can add raw almonds or any kind of nuts on top as an added topping, get creative with it and enjoy!

The key to this recipe is the quality of food processor, the better it blends the better the batch will come out. Some people like to mix the dates and walnuts first and then add the cacao/Coco powder and the vanilla later but it’s up to you, in this video I added them all together and mixed at once.
