Nutella…the preferred chocolate spread and breakfast choice of many. It has been marketed for a long time as a healthy breakfast option loaded with nutritious hazelnuts. Sugar, sugar, sugar! This chocolate spread is loaded with high amounts of sugar! It contains the same amount of sugar as frosted icings available in the grocery store. A spread of Nutella on your toast is equivalent to the sugar level of five oreo cookies or 5.5 sugar packets.
